Daniel M. "Dan" Knapik (born September 1, 1967) is an American politician who served as mayor of Westfield, Massachusetts from 2010 until his resignation in 2015. He is a member of the Republican Party. In 2002, Knapik was elected to the city council from Ward 2 and ran for Mayor of Westfield in the city's 2009 municipal election after defeating incumbent Michael Boulanger〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Daniel Knapik ousts Westfield Mayor Michael Boulanger | masslive.com )〕 and was sworn-in on January 4, 2010. Since then, Knapik was re-elected unopposed in 2011 and narrowly defeated challenger Michael Roeder in 2013.
